If you are reading this page then it’s
probably because you don’t know us at The PCGP, so here is a quick summary of
what we do. We do
build PCs however, being in competition with buying power of the big
companies, there is no profit in it, so if we do build a PC for someone it is
because they want a quality personal service rather than mass-produced cheap
‘n’ cheerful. We do
repairs, upgrades and configuration for both companies and individuals. Malware, Spyware, trashware or whatever you call it being one of the other most prolific
causes of visits to us often requiring a “SYSTEM CLEAN” to sort it out. Which leads me on to the next bit… We do
training. We can train individuals and groups from absolute beginners up
to systems engineers. Providing a little basic training to those new to
computers and the web also frequently provides a little protection against
the aforementioned trashware. We
supply, install and configure networks for small to medium organisations, and also,
more increasingly recently, in homes. NAS systems, Servers, network printers,
switches, routers, cabling etc. We
provide consultation to companies who just need pointing in the right
direction so far as network infrastructure, security and active directory
migration/implementation is concerned. We can
provide full design and systems analysis service to enable a company to
upgrade/expand its IT infrastructure in a cost-efficient, practical and
