You can manipulate the molecule by right-clicking on the picture and choosing from the options.  To turn off the rotation, right-click on the molecule and deselect "Rotation".  You can also drag the molecule around yourself by clicking and holding the left mouse button down over the molecule and then moving your mouse in different directions!
