Moncontour Prices shown are weekly rentals in £s per week except when figures are shown in red which means it is a nightly price and you can arrive any day and stay for as few as three night. If you book 6 nights, the 7th night is free! Prices apply from the date of arrival at the property — if a holiday spans two seasons, prices will be determined by the date each week's rental starts (or by the date of each night booked). All accomodation We offer a discount where ten or more consecutive weeks are booked and ask for a non-refundable £100 deposit at the time of booking — balance to be paid 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival. If we are not able to honour your booking due to reasons within our control we will fully refund all your payment and additionally assist you in trying to locate alternative accommodation. However, if you should have to cancel then we will levy a cancellation charge:
Extras Prices
do not include the cost of electricity and heating. A deposit of
€100 should be paid to our keyholder on arrival. It will be
returned minus appropriate deductions when you leave. Click availability to check dates. Our house lettings run from Saturday 5 p.m. at earliest to Saturday 9 a.m. at latest and from and to similar times for shorter stays. The objective is to achieve sequential lettings and also to establish a consistent cleaning schedule. However, if you contact us during the week proceeding your start date we will endeavour if we have a vacancy to accommodate earlier arrival on terms to be agreed. Between 1996 and 2006 we were listed by Brittany Ferries in their Holiday Homes in France brochure. We are also listed under reference FR1016 with Owners Direct, with Superior Vacation Rentals and with Owners in France under reference PV002299 who offer discounted travel fares if you quote our reference number that we can provide for when you make your ferry booking. Deposit & Final Payment For the deposit, bank transfer, PayPal, UK cheques, post office cheques, and cheques in Euros at say £100 = €150 are accepted. Deposit payment should be made to our UK address. Payments in currencies other than British Pounds will be at an agreed rate using this method. For the balance we ask for payment into our Euro account in France using the 'Economy Transfer' system and arranging that 'Remitter Pays all Charges' . We will email you banking details.
