My name is Laura Wicking and I am currently studying for A-levels in Biology, Psychology and Spanish at La Swap 6th form consortium, north London.  I am also a member of St John Ambulance, Highgate 453 division.

I have been offered the opportunity to work in a home for mentally handicapped people in the outskirts of the capital of the Dominican Republic, Santa Domingo.  This is through a non-profit organisation called Project Trust.
