- Park on Derwent road
- Ride along Derwent road, turn left up Meltham road for 20
yards, turn right along the bridleway towards Meltham Woods
- At the farmhouse turn right into the entrance of the
woods. Bear right and follow the track through dense woodland onto the open
heath land
- Carry on along the ridge, through trees and down a path
that skirts a few small quarries. Follow the path down to the end of the
wooded section.
- At the base of the hill turn sharp left onto the road and
up the steep hill.
- Turn left down a small road signposted Honley Landfill
area. By the stiles, take a right through two big boulders back into the
wooded section
- Ride along the obvious wooded path to the end, then head
right along the bridleway back to Meltham road.
- Take the right after 30 yards across another bridleway to
bring you back to Bradshaw road.
