London Guild of Assassins
- Weapons
This page shows a set of examples
of Assassins weapons.
1. Lanard Speedloader.

The Speedloader is an 8-shot foam dart gun. Darts are finger-length and
rubber tipped. Gun is pump-action and must be pumped once for each dart
fired.
Cost: £6, John Lewis,
Oxford St (Toys department, obviously!)
2. Nerf Arrowstorm.
The Arrowstorm is a classic example of early-90s Nerf weaponry. Nowadays,
few Nerf guns are available in the UK, but when they were, some of them
were good. This is one such good gun.
Cost: Probably about £20,
when it was on sale! You'd be lucky to find one these days, unless you're
in America.
3. 12-shot repeater rubber
band gun.
Classic wooden RBG, available from the Internet or from an apparently
random selection of shops around the country.
Cost: Usually £10 incl
target (pointless!) but I managed to find this one for £5 in a shop
in Fishguard, Wales. That's half price!
4. Home-made 4-shot RBG
This RBG fires 4 thick bands. It uses two clothes pegs, each of which
grips one band in its jaws, and another band between the peg and the hand-grip
of the gun. The second-band firing mechanism is difficult to make.
Cost: Minimal, as long as you
have the wood lying around in your garage... and the skills to make it!
5. Basic homemade RBG

This one I stuck together in a few minute, using a matchbox, Chap Stick,
pen, folding comb and piece of wood - as well as a clothes peg and a lot
of tape.
Cost: Nothing!!
