'ONCE UPON A TIME' Party Entertainment Services.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The cost per child is £12.00 and includes quality food and drink (cold buffet style) and use of fairy/pirate costumes, make up ect.. and 2 hours of full entertainment. A minimum of 15 children is required although smaller parties can be catered for ( the cost remaining £180).
Party package includes two hours (one and a half hours for under 5's) of entertainment, party games and full supervision. We can also provide additional things such as face painting and magicians at additional cost (Please contact us for further details). All party game winners are rewarded with a quality gift and a 'pass the parcel' is provided. Party bags may be provided at an additional cost of £1.50 per child, to be distributed around the toadstool at the end of the party. These need to be ordered prior to the event. Food is provided and special dietary requirements (religious obligations, etc.) are taken into consideration. Should no special request be made the party will consist of meat produce, crisps and cakes, etc. Drinks contain no colour or additives.
We arrive approximately one hour prior to the party in order to set up. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that access is provided to the venue and that clear instructions are given for the location of the venue prior to that date.
We aim to offer a service that enables you to sit back and enjoy the party. We will set up the venue and lay out tables etc., so that the event is ready to begin on guests arrival. We also clear up at the end leaving the location in good order.
If a child needs to go to the toilet it would be of great assistance if an adult member of the party could deal with this as it enables us to remain and continue the fun and games with the other children.
A non-returnable deposit of £25.00 is required at the time of booking and this will be deducted from the final balance. Payment by cheque required 7 days prior to the party date for clearance. Cash may be paid on the day and it would be appreciated if your preference is made known at the time of booking.
A confirmation call will be made 5 days prior to the party date and numbers given at that time will be the final number of children to be paid and catered for. No discount can be made for non-arrivals.
If for any reason a party is cancelled 5 days or less prior to the party date booked, payment will be required IN FULL.
Any party booked and confirmed with a £25 deposit will have been deemed to agree and abide by these terms and conditions.
