The site is currently (July 09) being updated
The most obvious thing is the design of each of the main Gallery Menu, or thumbnail, pages!
I have also gone over to using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) - but that should not be too obvious since I have chosen to keep the same overall style of presentation.
I have had to drop the 'Site Tour' (links to the next and previous pages) as they made a great deal of work in maintaining the continuity of the site, the 'Next links are retained in the Flora Gallery images - clicking on the pictures will jump to the next page. I may, eventually, go over to just showing the images in a basic pop-up browser window, rather than within a formatted HTML page as is the case at the moment.
New galleries, pictures and pages:
Coleoptera (beetles) - mostly ladybirds so far; Hemiptera (bugs) - mostly shieldbugs so far; and Lepidoptera (butterflies and moths) now have their own gallery, with some pictures moved in from other galleries, and some new pictures and pages.
