Just wanted to e-mail you and say a big thank you for the fantastic service you provided whilst we were on holiday.
I am really impressed and will be passing on your details and recommending the services that you offer.
Porsha and Gizmo have been very well looked after and the house is clean and smells fresh.
We normally go on holiday a couple of times a year so you will definetly be hearing from me next year.

Just wanted to thank you again for looking after Roobarb and Custard. As ever, after you've been round they're happy, and even more content! The cats have an abandonment complex, but you really make them feel at ease. Having you come over to feed and fuss them, really makes a huge difference!

"We are all really happy with Dean. It is great to know that when we are away Hudson (our beautiful dog) is well cared for. We know that he is played with; walked and so much happier than when he is in kennels. It is so much nicer to come home to our dog happy, not red eyed and not smelling of urine like we normally get after a stay at the kennels! Dean has been great at being able to look after Hudson at short notice and even over the Christmas period! Dean is always really flexible - A big Thank you from all of us. Dean has always been able to look after our two cats Daisy and Snoop when we have asked and often at rather short notice. We have noticed that when we get back from being away they are both as relaxed as they would normally be. Considering Snoop is a rather ‘nervey’ cat around strangers, I would say that it is a measure of how really good he is with animals. The rates are competitive and I would highly recommend using Dean - Thanks!

Hi, I would just like to thank Dean for the service he has provided me. After a serious motorcycle accident, I was left with the problem of exercising my German Sheperd from a wheelchair. Deans' initial communications were brilliant and the daily service he has provided has proved to be invaluable. Sabre took to him immediately, and within a couple of days had bonded with Dean well enough to be exercised freely. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Dean to anyone, he is reliable and very good at what he does, and ontop of that a top bloke too!

"Our '17 going on 18' year-old cat Lucy is noticeably less stressed now Dean comes to look after her while we're away. He's a lovely guy who the whole family likes – both felines and humans. Spending 45 minutes with our two on each visit gives them plenty of company, and they can stay in familiar surroundings rather than cooped up in a pen. We are reassured that they’re in expert hands, and everything will be fine with them and the house when we return. Dean has been very accommodating and coped with short-notice on several occasions….we are trying to be better organised as we know he’ll get busy as more people catch on to this service. It’s just great we now feel able to visit the rellies in Australia – no worries!”
