Now to unlock this phone we will need a few things

1: A USB Data Cable: - (mobilefun.co.uk - do very good data cables)
2: Software: Furious Sharp GX15-GX30 TM100 Unlocker - (Can Be found Here)
3: Drivers For USB Cable: (Can Be found here More details & downloads can be found here)

STEP1:
Download USB Drivers or use the CD-Rom that came with the USB Cable if you got it from mobile fun if not then download them from above

STEP2:
Download GX15 unlock software (furious) extract from zip file then power on your phone with usb cable attached select which phone it is then wait a few min's for ***** these stars 2 show up on screen if there don't remove usb cable and try the process over again. when you get a white menu.

STEP3:

"Disconnect cable..
Press 1 on the phone
Enter 99
and press the top right key
Enter 3 and press the top right key
Enter 1
The following messages should appear 'Finished'
press the top right key 3 times
unlocked!

Bluetooth unlocking

To unlock with bluetooth is to use the tool below.

1. Tool needed Is All Sharp
2. USB Cable

STEP1: Download the software create a folder called unlock sharp then extract the all sharp.zip file into it then open the folder you created then Run the "nec_sharp_reg" file that includes the software into the registry.

STEP2: Run the "InstallOCX.bat" file & then Copy the "MSCMM32.OCX" file into the C:/Windows/System folder

STEP3: Now run the "ALLSHARParm.exe" software. A pop up window will open, just click OK and the program will run

STEP4: Activate the bluetooth in the sharp gx15, Exit the phone settings until we are in the main window then Turn off the phone.

STEP5: Remove the battery and the SIM card. Put the battery back, but not the SIM card. Turn on the phone, the BT logo must be in the top of the phone.

STEP6: Open the BT in windows and follow this path: Quick Connect>Serial Port>(and the serial port number that we have on the phone, in my case it was the 1. Look for the phone in the connected app's

STEP7: Go to the All Sharp ARM window that we opened first (it must be behind all the windows we have)

STEP8: Select "Liberar GX15/GX30" (unlock GX15/GX30)

STEP9: Select, from the scroll menu "Serial USB Port" the port where we have the BT (in this case it was 1). Select "Aplicar" (apply) in the All sharp ARM

STEP10: The phone is now in unlocking mode (you will see that the phone is off and the screen only shows ****)

STEP11: In the All sharp ARM window, there should be a code to follow, located in the left part of the software. (In my case, it goes like this:
Press 1
Press 99
pulse the upper right key (in the phone)
press 3
pulse the upper right key
press 1
Now it will show "finished" in the screen, then press 3 times the upper right key

STEP12: Input the code in the phone, as you press the first number, the phone lights up

That should be it and your phone is unlocked try another sim card to see if this works. now this worked for my mates phone okay so hope this works for you. if not try the above method.
