Michael is a well loved veteran of both television and film, Michael Sheard has had over 650 television appearances, and over thirty feature film credits to his name. He is probably best known and feared for his long running role of Mr Bronson on Grange Hill. His science fiction and fantasy roles cover everything from Dr Who to Star Wars. He played Admiral Ozzel who’s contempt for the rebels and unwillingness to see them as a threat led to his downfall. Ozzel was executed on the spot by Lord Vader for being “as clumsy as he was stupid” In Dr Who he has appearded six times, with every Doctor bar Colin Baker and Patrick Throughton. He has also appeared in Blake’s 7, Space 1999, Department S, to name just a few. Michael’s latest role is as Maiken in First Frontier Michael has also published two volumes of his aotobiography, entitled “Yes Mr Bronson” and “Yes Admiral”, the latter deals with his experiences of science fiction fandom and conventions.
