| Booking Conditions
1. Once the booking form has been submitted and payment made it is deemed to be acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.
2. Crusaders Rugby do not accept liability for any personal injury or death of any player however caused. Crusaders Rugby do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment or any additional costs incurred due to situations beyond the control of Crusaders Rugby.

6 weeks before the course – full refund
3 weeks before the course – 50% refund
Less than 3 weeks – no refund unless the player is injured (Doctors certificate required).

4. Should a player withdraw from the Rugby Camp at any stage during the course a refund will be unable to be given for the days not attended.
5. Crusaders Rugby may take photographs of your child during the course to be used to promote future Crusaders Rugby Camps
6. Your child may receive First Aid from a trained member of the Crusaders team in the case of an accident.
7. Rugby is a physical sport and as such carries some risk of physical injury. Crusaders Rugby will take all reasonable steps to avoid injury to any player. By registering to take part in a Crusaders Rugby Camp attendees are voluntarily assuming the risk of injury and agree that Crusaders Rugby are in no way liable in the event of a rugby related injury occurring.
