Prices are by negotiation based on an hourly rate of £30.00.
There is no call-out charge.
Most work is carried out on a no-fix no-fee basis.
We do not hold stocks or trade in computer equipment or software.
We are happy to advise customers on purchases.
We have no commercial agreements with suppliers so our advice is always impartial. We do, however, direct customers to smaller local suppliers when possible and appropriate.
We reserve the right to make extra charges for out-of-hours or weekend calls or for visits outside our normal area. We may also decline to offer "no-fix no-fee" terms in such circumstances.
We expect payment in cash or by cheque on completion of work.
