The house is ideally situated for those who enjoy walking, with easy access onto the Grand Western Canal towpath leading to Tiverton; the outstanding beauty of Exmoor forest, the north Devon coastline and the historic and cultural attractions of the city of Exeter are just a short drive away together with a number of historic houses and gardens both in this part of Devon and over the border into Somerset.

Directions by car:
Take exit junction 27 off of the M5 onto the A361 towards Tiverton. Take the first slip road off signed Sampford Peverell and Tiverton Parkway Station, at the top of the slip road turn right signed Holcombe Rogus. After 1¼ miles turn right at the cream house signed Westleigh. Rocknell Manor Farm is ¼ mile on right.
We do not recommend you come via the A38 unless you are familiar with the approach roads.
