especially for women. Choose from a variety of therapies (including Thai foot
massage, Indian head massage, full body, deep tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi,
aromatherapy), guided meditations (‘Living a balanced life’, ‘Meeting the
challenge of midlife’, ‘Spirituality for everyday life’, ‘Exploring silence’,
‘Happiness & contentment – are they the same?’), gentle walks or simply
relax by a log fire.
