R.S. Thomas: Dean of Gloucester, Nick Bury reflects on prayer, doubt & poetry through the writing of R.S.Thomas. 10.30am – 4.00pm

20th - 21st March

Healing Today: Exploring Christ’s ministry of healing and seeking empowerment for today –led by Paul & Bryony Springate from Harnhill

4th April

Stilling the Space Within, Calming the Body Without: Make your mother's day - Mill House Retreat her with a day designed especially for women. Choose from a variety of therapies (including Thai foot massage, Indian head massage, full body, deep tissue, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, aromatherapy), guided meditations (‘Living a balanced life’, ‘Meeting the challenge of midlife’, ‘Spirituality for everyday life’, ‘Exploring silence’, ‘Happiness & contentment – are they the same?’), gentle walks or simply relax by a log fire.

10th - 13th April

Overcoming Self Harm: Looking at the wounds of Christ and the wounds of self harm – a weekend for all whose lives are marred by the pain of self harm

8th - 10th May

Contemplative Prayer: Gathering together in silence as individuals and as a group and making space for God – led by Deidre Morris

15th - 17th May

‘Trees and Spirituality’:  Tree of shame, tree of glory. An exploration of  the paradox of the cross in our lives. The weekend will include a study of the importance of trees and the plight of the rain forests. Led by Elizabeth Corner

5th - 7th June

Consider the birds of air - Time to observe and reflect on creation with an opportunity to walk as well. Led by Ann Lewin

25th - 27th September

Apple Picking: Fun and fellowship as we pick, press and bake the apples from the orchard (and sample the end results!)

9th - 11th October

Aquila Course: Explore the pain of divorce or separation and the way ahead in company with others. Led by Revd Jane Taylor

13th - 15th November

Empty Womb, Open Heart: For all those who have been unable to have children and who want to move on positively in their lives
