About me... 
I am David Chapman, I live in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, UK. I work for Shell UK on the Brent Bravo oil production platform which is situated in the east Shetland basin of the North sea, approximately 250 miles north east of Aberdeen, Scotland. The job takes me away from home for two weeks at a time but fortunately I have to work for only 22 weeks of the year which gives me plenty of time to be with my family. I am married and have two grown up kids. My daughter is now also married and my son is presently living and working in San Francisco, USA. I enjoy computer programming, but can only program in BASIC language at the moment, you can download some of the programs I have written here. |
