The new Club Pegboard
With the new 2.4Ghz radio there are a few changes to the use of the pegboard.
You must bring a suitable peg with your name on it to the flying site to claim your channel.
This applies to Outdoor flying at the field and Indoor flying at Brierton Sports Centre.
If you’re using 35Mhz put your peg on your channel number on the pegboard. Channels MUST be claimed on 35Mhz with a peg before switching on.
If you’re using 2.4Ghz use a black peg with your name on it and put it on the marked area on the pegboard so others know you’re flying.
Big pegs!
The number of spaces on the pegboard is increasing which means the frequency places are getting narrower. Please don’t use pegs with huge wide boards on them as you’ll cover 5 places with them!
