Book your party well in advance. As some weekends are more popular than others, I recommend booking your event at least 3 months in advance or possibly sooner for December and summer months.

Once you’ve booked your event, I’ll send you a confirmation letter and request a 10% deposit to be paid in advance to secure your booking. This will be non-refundable. The remainder will be required on the day of your event.

I will arrange a free one hour introductory consultation to clarify your specific requirements (optional).

I will telephone you one week before your event to confirm any final details.

Upon delivery of any equipment I will ask you to read and sign the terms and conditions relating to each unit. This is primarily to keep persons using the unit safe and secondly to prevent any damage to the equipment.
