CATERING
I
am currently aiming to provide catering to meet specific dietary needs
and to provide safe food for people on restricted diets. The menu I
am presently working on is wholly vegetarian, using almost entirely
organic staples, and catering specifically for people with lactose or
gluten intolerances, those requiring low fat, low sugar or no sugar
diets.
