travel information updated

we are now taking bookings for watford, nottingham forest, queens park rangers, plymouth argyle and swansea city.

we would like to take all bookings before vince's trip to the himalayas so please book as soon as possible.

bookings taken for swansea cannot guarentee a ticket as there will be qualifying criteria for tickets. however, tickets will be purchased for those satisfying that criteria.

please note that the ticket purchasing service for members will be unavailable after the 18th october. we will still provide tickets for bookings made before this date but bookings after this date will not include the match ticket. this will have to be bought directly from the football club.

germany and denmark trips

we are currently taking bookings for wales' 2010 world cup qualifier against germany and friendly game in denmark.

there are a number of reduced priced places on the germany trip. we will be leaving wales on october 12th and returning on the 16th.

there are also places available for the denmark trip. prices are changing day-to-day as the flight prices change.

wales u21 v england u21 - 2nd leg

we will be organising travel to wales' under 21 european championship qualifying play-off second leg at villa park next tuesday (14th). travel will be £14 for adults and £10 for children. to book, call vince on 07814 779 441.

risdale meeting

the cardiff city supporters' club have met with cardiff city chairman peter risdale to discuss events and concerns. there were a number of issues discussed and we can confirm that: -

• the ccsc player of the season dinner will take place on april 26th;
• a ccsc premises will be included in the new stadium;
• seats for the new stadium will be put on sale early in the new year and you will be offered an equivalent seat to where you have your season ticket this year;
• the ccsc kids christmas party has been agreed;
• an end of era dinner organised by the club will commemorate the final year at ninian park and other memorabilia will be on sale;
• there will be two ramp up games before the full stadium can be used, the club are still looking for a team to open the stadium and looking for suggestions on a person/persons to open the stadium; and
• mr risdale has agreed with our concern that kick-off times being changed when the membership id cards were introduced to solve problems over crowd safety. mr risdale has vowed to fight our corner in future over such changes.

blackpool 1 - 1 cardiff city

alan gow's late strike snatched victory away from the bluebirds at bloomfield road. paul parry had looked to have given cardiff all three points when the substitute curled home after being assisted by jay bothroyd on the counter attack. cardiff had chances to take the lead earlier on in the game but bothroyd and ledley twice could not find the finish. blackpool also had chances with ben burgess' first-half effort was ruled out due to offside.
