Our recital at Christ Church, Patricroft was a great success and we greatly enjoyed them help celebrate the church's 140th anniversary.

We have also been appearing at Lancashire County Cricket Club to entertain the crowd during their matches. Here we are with Lanky, the team's mascot, during the victory against Durham Dynamos on the 4th May.

The match was very exciting with a "dream ending" as Lancashire, needing 6 to win the match, scored a 6 on the last ball! We'll be appearing at some other county and Twenty20 matches over the summer - check the column to the right.

Due to well received performances at recent venues, Nebula Brass are returning for repeat recitals at a both the United Reformed Church in Bolton and Christ Church in Patricroft, the latter to celebrate the churches 140th anniversary. More details to follow.

Nebula Brass are giving a full recital at Christ Church, Patricroft. On the 12th of May at 7:30pm, we will be performing at the church, near Eccles.

Matt has his final recital for his degree at the RNCM on the the 1st of June. The performance is a public event in the Haden Freeman Concert Hall, and is at 12:30pm.

Nebula Brass recently assisted in the Queen's 80th birthday celebrations at Withington Community Centre, by performing a short recital including a selection of patriotic music. An enjoyable time was had by all!

We are currently in rehearsal to lay down some more demo tracks, which will be available, in addition to the current recordings, on the website shortly.

Alex, Chris and Richard of Nebula Brass are working hard towards their final solo recitals at the RNCM, to be held during the first week of June. These are public events and as such all are welcome!

Nebula Brass has been invited to perform at St Ann's Church in the centre of Manchester on the 19th of July. The concert starts at 7:30pm and we will perform in one half, with a string quartet in the other.

The Fairey Band, of which Richard and Matt are both members, have competed in the North West Regional Championships in Blackpool, where they performed brilliantly. They were rewarded with the runners-up position in the Championship section, out of 11 bands, and this means an invitaion to perform at the National Finals at the Albert Hall in September.

Nebula Brass' website is up and running!

Nebula Brass will be competing in the Philip Jones Brass competetion on Friday the 3rd of March. Heats are during the day, and the final, which is open to the public, is at 7.00pm. It is being held at the RNCM in Manchester.

We will be performing at the United Reformed Church of St. Andrew & St. George, on St. Georges Road in Bolton on the 15th of June at 12.45pm.
