| I am Sue Polhill and I have been making celebration cakes since 1987 and I am now well known for my artistic personal designs. A great deal of attention is paid to all of my designs, so that any special occasion can be celebrated with a wonderful cake. I provide a professional and highly individual service to obtain the distinctive cake that is special for you. All of my cakes are made with high quality ingredients and hand made decorations I specialise in floral bouquets made from sugar. Please follow the link to see a large selection of cakes I have made for brides . This year several wedding magazines have featured my work and I have had was a feature in the "The Sunday Times". A further surprise was being asked to appear on BBC Radio Cambridge in March 2002 to talk about wedding cakes. It was nerve racking but fun! I am based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire in the UK, and I generally deliver within a 35 mile radius of home. This includes Bedford, Milton Keynes in the west, Stevenage to the south, Cambridge and Newmarket to the east and northwards to Peterborough. A charge is made for this service.
