On these pages I have erected a shrine to those
comedy gods Stewart Lee and Richard Herring.
They are the creative force responsible for the radio series
'Lionel Nimrod's Inexplicable World', the TV
series 'Fist of Fun', which ran for two series on BBC 2 in 1995 and 1996,
and more recently, 'This Morning With Richard Not Judy'.
Here you'll find sections devoted to their famous (and
not so famous) creations. Like the Duke of all Hobbies, Simon Quinlank.
Histor, Sky TV's magical, history crow. And we'll meet Rod Hull (it is him)
and his unnatural love of jelly.

If you have any Lee and Herring material, please tell me about it and I'll put it up on these pages.
Rich and Stu had a country wide tour in 1998. Find out where the two funsters will be appearing live this year by going here. You can also find two reviews of Rich and Stu's shows there.
The WWW is a wonderful thing. This page can be viewed by anyone, anywhere on the planet. Except, of course, in Somerset. Where the local inhabitants still believe computers to be strange boxes possessed by evil leprechauns.

Here are some pictures of some of the characters
that make up Fist of Fun in the Gall-ery.
The Gall-ery has gained a second page here and a
third page here.
Now, thanks to the miracle of science you can now
hear your favourite Fist of Fun characters talk!!!
Imagine that the internet is a big rolling ocean,
with magnificent waves. Well, here is your metaphorical
surfboard.
All the transcripts of sketches from 'Fist of Fun'
and 'Lionel Nimrod' (including Simon Quinlank's Hobbies and Histor's eye)
can now be accessed from here.
I want to put up brand new hobbies in the
style of Simon Quinlank. So if you have any ideas out there get writing.
There is a Simon Quinlank inside of us all.
Rich and Stu's various interviews and two pages
of Questions and Answers from the old BBC site can be found here in the
Things Rich and Stu Say With Their Mouths Page
I have a scanner, but I'm
still after any pictures of Rich, Stu, Kevin or the stinking welsh one
which you might have.
Please send them to me, David Patrick, at either
david.patrick@ntlworld.com or
d.j.patrick@reading.ac.uk
Actually, to be honest, it's just
another boring links page.
