Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 55 minutes).

Located just half a mile from Tuscan Hills in Berry Town Centre you will find a Publix supermarket with a variety of restaurants and take away facilities along with a number of banks. A couple of miles in the opposite direction there are additional amineties including a Super Wal-Mart.

A whole host of family attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and  Wet N Wild to name but a few are within 20 miles, as are over 20 quality golf courses which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate. The new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema is just 7 miles further down the Highway 27.
