Royal Artillery

109 (Belvedere) Battery is an original detachment formed as part of the Regiment, back in 1913. As with all our detachments it is mixed, able to take young men and women. They parade on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19:30 to 21:30.

It is badged to the Royal Artillery and has been since 1969 when the old First Cadet Battalion became 10 Regiment. The Royal Artillery is a huge Regiment and to get even a small snapshot of all the roles available, take a look at the Links page in the Information section.

109 is looking for new members. The Officer Commanding would like to welcome any new recruits from anywhere in the Northern part of the Regiment's catchment area, although they mainly recruit from Belvedere, Lessness Heath, Abbey Wood and West Heath areas.
