The Army Cadet Force has a structured syllabus that gradually trains and practices you in many different subject areas. At every stage of the way you are supported.
Loosely, achievement is measured in three ways.

Star
Level
Rank
Skill
Depending on what sort of person you are and what you work hard at, you could get to the top. Star, rank and skill are all very well, but the greatest achievement is something you can't measure. It is the way you feel about yourself. After a few years in 10 Regiment, you will be a different, better person.
