1st OXSHOTT SCOUT TROOP January 2006
CODE OF BEHAVIOUR
Discipline in the Troop is kept as informal as possible, but there are certain rules, which you are expected to follow. Self-Discipline is expected to be the norm. These rules exist so that every Scout can gain the maximum enjoyment from being a member. Every Scout has the right to come to Scouts and enjoy their Scouting and every other Scout should remember that always.
Given below is a guide to what may be expected if discipline is breached. Penalties are provided as a guide only and any case will be judged on an individual basis. If a Scout is suspended then that Scout’s parents will be informed.
The success of the Troop depends on everyone being happy there, and if you have any problems that you think the Leaders may be unaware of, then please let them know.
