The North Bay Railway was opened on 23rd May 1931, is of 20 inch gauge and 2/3 of a mile in length.
Both locomotives are by Hudswell Clarke, modelled on LNER pacifics and are steam outline diesels.
Coaches were designed and built by Metro Leisure of North Shields
