[DKC] First started out about 8 years ago in a game called Kingpin.
Over them 8 years we had a variety of members, male and female, and of all different ages.
We took pride in our clan and was well liked in the community.
We took part in many a league but was never a serious pro gaming clan, more like a family of friends enjoying playing together..
Sadley around 2003 alot of Kingpin players moved on to different games and played Kingpin less and less which resulted in Leagues being stopped and Servers being taken down, till eventually there was nowhere really to play for those of us who was left..
In the end it was a case of hanging up your coat and accepting that Kingpin had died and was time to move on.
In June 2007 we decided to reinstall Kingpin and see if there was anyone left still playing..
We was amazed that there was! Only a handfull mind but still.. The only downfall though, was there was no UK servers to play on. Which resulted in us having quite high pings and made the gameplay quite impossible!..
We still popped on every few days though as once we started playing again the addiction seemed to creep back again!..
We made a decision to bring DKC back and then went on a mad search to see if we could rent a server from somewhere in the UK..
Every company we approached told us they did not support Kingpin anymore due to it being an old game..
We never gave up trying though and one day Multiplay got back to us and said we caused a bit of a stir in their office.
They remembered the game and some of them used to play and was willing to rent us a server for old time sake!.. Of course we was made up!..
So in August 2007 up went our server.. It seems to be attracting more and more players back every day. Some old players and even some new which is fantastic! Most nights our server is full and you have to wait for a slot to get in, which brings back memories of the good old days!

Hi, My name is Dave aka [DKC]Dodge. I am 38 years old and Live in Merseyside, Wirral UK.
I have been the clan leader of DKC for
Kingpin since 2000 - I have also played a few other online games when Kingpin started to fade away in 2004, I joined a CSS:Source
clan which was called tLS, They was a good bunch of guys.. I found this game to be the nearest to Kingpin as I could get. I suppose
I'm still a member as I haven't actually left, but don't really play it that much these days since reviving [DKC] again, So I just

Other games I have played too is BattleField, BattleField2, Call of Duty, Call of Duty 2, Command & Conquer Generals and Zero Hour.

My name is Sue aka [DKC]Panther. I am 37 years old and Live in Merseyside, Wirral UK.
I am also married to Dodge who I met in
a Kingpin Server way back in 2000. We have 2 lovely boys who are now addicted to Kingpin too and play under the names of [DKC]Sneaker3L
& [DKC]Ninja6. They are 10 and 7 years old! Yes we know they are too young to play but thats the good thing about having a volume
button.. They play with no sound :D
I too tried a few other games, but gave up as couldn't find one that suited me so retired from online gaming until now.. [DKC] are back :)
