"Although I have used these waypoints to datum WGS 84 & the older ones, ED 50 with a 16 Mtr boat with a 2Mtr draft, depths in the schelde estuary frequently change, some times overnight, (an anchorage we used some years ago is now no longer approachable even at high water!!!), thus they must be used with caution and in conjunction with an up to date chart. Also all waypoints used should be plotted on the chart to verify their position and accuracy. Consideration should be also given to the direction of approach. I accept no responsibility for accuracy or suitability of use whatsoever"

Waypoints for the Km posts on the Rhine between Koblenz and the Dutch border & the lower moselle, places ending in lk are locks.

Obviously the river waypoints are not for navagating from & too, particularly as they have been gathered in spring voyages & that later in the year the waypoint position could be on the dry foreshore!!, but for reference with a map. (ed 50)
