Hollandsch Diep , a nice almost non tiadal stretch of water, in summer levels vary by about .2 mtr depending on sluising at the Harringvliet, has numerous fine moorings & towns , notable being Williamstadt, for charm and convenience of shops & an excellent chandelery

This is looking to the east, note the double diamond Nav arch

Althought out of the Hollandsch diep, this is the biesbosch, a delightful quiet anch area, care is needed as there are isolated 1 mtr shallows near entrance charted but not buouyed

Lage Zwaluwe, on the Maas (the very bottom of the Meuse), another good chandlier + shops + water

for other good moorings in this area see freequaysides

Much further down opposite williamstadt is Numansdorp, again convenient shopping & water on the quay

The Volkerak Lock, & the quay, which makes another good free sheltered overnighter, permission needed from Lock keeper for this side, out of politeness for round the back moorings volkerak quay
