Lloyd

'Lloyd' born in Manchester, Lloyd's early influences were gospel music, Tamala Motown, and jazz.before moving to London in 1988 he played with fellow Mancunians Mick Hucknal, and Lisa Stansfield, and subsequently became involved in session work. in 1989 he joined bassist Mick Paul's band 'State of flux' playing London gigs. Lloyd had a brief encounter with 'pop' in 'Hannah and her sisters' in the mid 90's. Lloyd joined the David Cross band in 2001, and appears on the new David Cross album 'Book of songs'
