Trent Valley Aircargo Fleet Details

Boeing 777-200 Long Range Freighter
Trent Valley Aircargo operates 3 of these magnificent cargo haulers; G-TVAA, G-TVAF and G-TVAG. All 3 were purchased directly from the Boeing facility at Renton. With a maximum takeoff weight of 766,000 pounds (347,450 kilograms), the 777 Freighter has a revenue payload capability of 229,000 pounds ( 103.9 metric tons). Currently all B777's are based at EGNX (East Midlands) although space limitations on the western cargo ramp mean the company rarely have more than 1 positioned to EGNX at one time. The triple seven fleet currently bears the Boeing Worldfreighter livery with temporary company titles, this will be replaced as the company paint facility at Cambridge comes online.

Boeing 757-200 Freighter
To supplement our medium haul fleet, we have recently (March 17th) leased 2 757's from DHL. In a deal signed with our East Midlands neighbour, these 2 aircraft (G-BIKO and G-BIKP) will operate on behalf of TVA with TVA aircrew but will operate from the western cargo area and will be handled by DHL ground staff. The initial lease period is 6 months but during this period we will evaluate the effectiveness of the 757 and it's suitability within the TVA fleet. If we conclude that the 757 adds to our operational effectiveness we will then extend the lease period while we source permanent replacements.
