Zodiac

I bought the Mk3 Zodiac in the early seventies for around £50. She was off white and rusty with a broken gearbox. I replaced the gearbox and got her through the MOT and then did the paint job - racing green and lots of mat black. (The only excuse I have, is I was very young at the time!)

She had a 2½  litre straight six engine with twin carburetors which gave her plenty of power. I remember a friend telling me, I threw her a round like he threw is Mini a round - I took that as a complement. Another thing I remember about this car was the real cool dashboard.
