 Women's Network Cometogether

at Staveley Methodist Church

on Monday, 5th October from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Speaker: Mrs Pam Flavell, who will tell us more about "Clem".

There will be stalls such as cakes, bring and buy, games etc. plus refreshments and an epilogue. 

Hall Road is responsible for the Bring and Buy.  Any contributions for this stall would be welcomed by Rita Sawyer or Milly Wedgner.  Please price your gifts beforehand.

Julie W. is collecting for DONATE, an orphanage we support in the Ukraine.  Please be generous in supporting this work.

 

Friday, 2nd October at 7.30 p.m. Paul Field together with Dan Wheeler featuring songs from Paul's latest production 'Rites of Passage'.   Entrance to the concert is free, but you will need a ticket - these are available from Jean F.

Our Gifts for Harvest - we shall be donating our gifts to the Chesterfield Soup Kitchen and suggested items are on the  sheet on the table in the Entrance.  Volunteer help is always needed in the Soup Kitchen, please see details on the Notice Board.

 

 

Donations towards the purchase of bulbs and winter bedding plants for the Church Garden will be gratefully received by Jean Morton (before the end of September, please.)

 

 

Please pray this week for Christians who are suffering in Columbia.
