The purpose of the group is to discuss life's big issues as they are treated in popular films, which will also include looking at what the Christian faith has to say about them where appropriate. It is intended to be for those with faith or none, so something that you could bring a non-Christian friend to, and aims to be an opportunity for friendships to grow and beliefs to be shared in an atmosphere of trust and respect. The group will start at 7.00 p.m. and we will watch clips from 'The World's Fastest Indian' starring Anthony Hopkins so if you are interested in coming along it would be worth trying to watch the film beforehand if possible. We will aim to meet every two months after that and group members will chose the films. AND THERE WILL DEFINITELY BE POPCORN? For more information please see Julie Morton.
