(N.B. The £250 reservation deposit, which is required before a booking can be confirmed, is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause.

Conditions of Letting: Cheques should be made payable to L.von Biel, and are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. Once-weekly cleaning and 1 set of bed linen/towel per person is included in the rental. . The cost of any damage sustained to the property during your stay will be deducted from your security deposit. Damaged will be assessed by the caretaker after your departure.
