If your doctor agrees, you may obtain a repeat prescription by giving 2 working days notice. Please make your request in writing and hand it in at reception. A stamped addressed envelope is required if you wish your prescription to be returned by post.

Please do not use the telephone for repeat prescriptions, as this may block urgent incoming calls.

We have an arrangement with seven local chemists, who, if requested, will collect prescriptions from the GP Centre. The medicine can then be collected directly from the appropriate chemist 3 working days later. If you wish to avail yourself of this service please indicate which chemist your would like to use when leaving your prescription request. The prescriptions are computerized and printed in two parts- one for the chemist and one to retain to use for your next request.

Moss has now opened a walk-in Pharmacy in the ground of the GP Centre, the opening times will coincide with the GP Centre surgery hours for the convenience of our patients. It is also  available for use by the general public.
