Business House League Round Up
Sunday 7th September

Tuesday Trios League Round Up
Sunday 7th September

The Tigers 3's Fareham started off the new league season with an opening match against reigning league champions The Hogs, and they also carried on where they left off last season, losing, after narrowly winning the first game the Tigers went on to lose the next two games to start the season with a 2-6 defeat. Business House League fixtures released
Sunday 31st August

Finally, the fixtures for the new 2008/09 season have been released, and it's a fairly difficult start for both the Tigers and the Alleycats, the Tigers start with a match against XFP Yo-Yo's, followed by Property Proprietors both teams that the Tigers had indifferent results against last season, meanwhile the Alleycats start against last seasons runners up Tatfords and then follow that up with a match against Elite Home Improvements who finished fifth last time out.

There have been several individuals moving teams for this new season, too many to mention here, there has also been a couple of name changes as well during the break between seasons, Stiles UK have become Elite Home Improvement, IBM Gatecrashers become WSC Lawbreakers, new teams joining the league are GT Lympany and Smooth and Slick who replace Eaton Split Pins and CTC Sharks.

Again the league will run for thirty weeks with each team playing each other twice, there will be no position nights either, the team cup competition, the John Gillman Memorial Cup will run along side the league competition and the draw for this competition will take place later in the season.

Bowling will cost more this season, costs will be £11.50 per person, £46 per team, and this will be the cost for the whole season.

To view the complete 2008/09 fixture lists for both the Tigers and Alleycats visit their respective fixtures pages on the links above.

Business House League Round Up
Thursday 31st July

Tonight saw the final matches of the 2008 season in the Business House league with mixed fortunes for the Tigers and Alleycats, the Tigers recorded a come from behind 4 - 4 draw against Property Proprietors whilst the Alleycats lost 2 - 6 to Stiles UK, this defeat being the ninth defeat in a row for the Alleycats as they ended the season poorly. The Tigers finished the season in sixth place whilst the Alleycats were left languishing in twelfth place, with the prize fund being based on points this season it will prove to be a costly season for the Alleycats.

Tuesday Trios League Round Up
Tuesday 29th July

The Tigers played two matches tonight, starting the evening with an envelope match against Makem Avit the Tigers were to later find out that they were given an 8 - 0 walkover as the opposing team failed to fulfil the fixture, later in the evening the Tigers took on 4 or More and it was back to the dismal results with a 2 - 6 defeat, the amount of defeats in the back half of this season is quite frightening, a sequence that has seen the team fall from first place to eleventh in the league standings.
