The object of the festival is to advance the education of the public in the arts,
and in particular the arts of Music, Speech & Drama in all their branches.

The Festival is an Educational Trust, as started by the Harrogate Town Council as it then was,
aiming to improve and enhance the performing skills of musical, singing and speech & drama students.

To this end, a wide variety of classes are held encompassing solo performers, duets and groups both large and small,
in all of the arts of Music and Speech & Drama.

Affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech
of which Her Majesty The Queen is Patron.

Final Concert, Sunday 18th March 2012 - 7:30pm

Audience admission is through tickets obtained at the door. (£1 per session, £2 per day, £4 per weekend and £5 for Final Concert).
Children under 17 have free entry to all sessions except Final Concert at £2
