The above grid contains the rehabilitation periods for a range of sentences imposed by the courts. The rehabilitation period starts from the date of conviction. If a second conviction is received during a rehabilitation period, the second rehabilitation period begins at the end of the first rehabilitation period.

The tariffs listed above may be subject to change when HM Government has fully completed its review of The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. We will notify of any changes as and when we receive them.
