About us:

The two founding Directors - Victoria Hall and David Golledge established Provisio in 1999. Qualified engineers with professional management qualifications their careers have spanned more than 20 years with major blue chip, public service and private sector organisations. They have been responsible for successfully implementing and project managing major change initiatives and coordinating a wide variety of events.

Victoria  has worked with major organisations for eleven years and brings invaluable experience to the Provisio  team. Her career began in local government before joining Thames Water in 1992.  Following her decision to move into contracting, Victoria has worked with NHS trusts, Fords and IBM and is an active member of the Chartered Management Institute.

David has over twenty years of management experience within the private and public sectors and is also an active member of the Chartered Management Institute for whom he has coordinated several high profile events. More recently David has been involved in a series of prominent project management and consultancy roles.
