Hi and welcome to my own little corner of the web, I hope you enjoy your look around and that you come back to visit again. I began writing on April fools day 1996, whilst the record label I was running had run into some legal difficulties, and I had nothing much else to do. My first collection, 'Tales from the Sofa' was published in 1997. I followed this collection with 'Glasgow Spleen', in 1999, this marked the beginning of a new style of writing, focusing on dark romanticism, which I further developed in my up-coming volume, 'Trick of the Eye' My work has also featured in several poetry magazines in the UK, including 'Candlelit Nights' and have given live readings of my poetry at many venues, including 'The Tron Theatre', Glasgow.
