Early Joining Scheme 2008
Back by popular demand the GAPS
early joining scheme, starting 1 month earlier than usual, intended for
prospective new members who wish not to wait for the usual membership start date
in June.
From the 1st of February 2008 the
prices for membership are as follows:
Seniors: £85
OAP Ladies ,Disabled £51
Intermediates: 16 to 18 £43
Juniors: £15
Night Permits £15.
Any new member wishing to take up the
scheme will be issued with a 2007 permit and will be sent a 2008/2009
permit through the post at the start
of the new season in June,
As you can see for an additional few
pounds you'll be getting 16 months fishing.

Please note:- permits will
only be issued on production of a valid E.A. rod licence
Postal Applications
New for the 2007 season
GAPS are inviting members or new members to join by requesting a permit
via the post.
This will help anybody who does not live in the area and have difficulty in
getting to a tackle shop.
Please fill in the details requested on the
Postal Application Form
and send it along with a
stamped addressed envelope* with your payment to the Secretary, job done.
Please note that there will be
an extra 25p on each transaction, due to bank charges for each cheque we
present to the bank

Guest Permits
These permits are
available from the Hon: Secretary. Any adult member wishing
to take a guest
may obtain a permit from the Secretary at a charge of ----
£6.00 for one day
or £20.00 for 10 days.
These guest permits are valid on all GAPS fisheries. Guests must be
accompanied by fully paid up members at all times, and they shall be held
responsible for their guests behaviour at
all times while on society premises
