We try to keep a lean structure. The main decision
making body of a parish church is the PCC chaired by the vicar. The PCC is
elected each year at the Annual General Meeting from among those on the church
electoral roll. Members serve for three years. On a day to day basis the Vicar,
Church Wardens and Treasurer run the parish sometimes they meet between meetings
as the standing committee. Detailed business is delegated to the
subcommittees which send their minutes to the PCC. The Vicar is ex-officio on
all subcommittees. The subcommittees often co-opt people who are not
members of the PCC.
