1.      Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Trinity Centre, Church, Cloister Garden or near the Centre doors.

2.      Due to the very sensitive fire alarm system no candles or theatrical effects are allowed without prior discussion with the Centre Manager.

3.      When chairs are set in theatre style in the hall they must be clipped together.

4.      All exits must be kept clear at all times, and FIRE DOORS MUST NOT BE HELD OPEN by the use of chocks etc.  It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform all their group of the whereabouts of Fire Exits and evacuation procedures in an emergency.

5.      If music is being played/performed exterior doors and windows of the hall must be kept closed at all times, music must be turned down after 10pm.

6.      Please ensure the building is left in a clean and tidy condition.  Chairs should be stacked away correctly; tables wiped clean and put away, floors swept, toilets left clean, and all rubbish put in bags in the bins outside to the rear of the building.  All crockery and cutlery should be correctly washed, dried and stored away as found.

7.      In the event of the facilities being left in an unsatisfactory condition, the hirer will be required to pay a minimum additional charge of £20.

8.      The hirer will be held responsible for the behaviour of all persons using the building during the time of their meeting/event.

9.      All electrical equipment brought into the building must be PAT tested.
