Set in its own orchard and wood of 1.5 acres in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, this comfortable villa has spectacular views in all directions. Secluded behind the villa is a large, tiled sun terrace. On one side of the terrace is the recently renovated pool, and on the other a shaded dining area and covered barbecue. There are grassed areas to the side and front of the villa suitable for childrens’ games. Unusually for a French house with this much land, it is close to the centre of the village with a wide range of amenities. The accommodation is suited to a large extended family or two families sharing and is well equipped for self-catering. St-Gervais-sur-Mare is at the southern edge of the Cevennes mountains, and Mediterranean beaches are within easy reach.
