By booking a DatesGalore event you are registering your acceptance of the DatesGalore Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.
DatesGalore aims to give single people a chance to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However we are not a matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.
By registering with DatesGalore you agree that neither DatesGalore nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating in DatesGalore services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with DatesGalore. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
DatesGalore events are held at venues over which DatesGalore and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a DatesGalore event, you agree to release DatesGalore and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
As a registered participant of a DatesGalore event you understand that DatesGalore offers an opportunity for meeting new people but DatesGalore does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. DatesGalore also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will be successful.
By registering with DatesGalore you provide your assurance that you are 18 years or older, and that you are single.
DatesGalore is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the DatesGalore website. If you have any technical difficulties when using the site, please contact webmaster@DatesGalore.co.uk
