Hereward Radio broadcasts a mix of popular music and news to the City of Peterborough and the surrounding district. The studios are located in the Queensway Shopping Centre in the heart of the City. The broadcast transmitter is situated near the village of Gunthorpe which is to the north of the City. The frequency is 102.7 FM and intends to broadcast digitally soon. The studios also broadcast an AM service of classic hits called Classic Gold.
