Broadcasting House has been the home of BBC domestic radio for many years. All four national networks are broadcast from here. It is generally regarded as the Headquarters of the BBC and is a world famous building. It is a listed building. The BBC also have offices and production centres in a number of buildings in the immediate area.
Currently a large restoration and
improvement programme is underway and new areas are under construction.
